Family-owned and operated since 1875, Robinson offers funeral, burial, and cremation services in four locations throughout the Upstate. Taking care of our clients is what we do best. We can help at all stages of the funeral process, from preplanning to probate and insurance issues.

My Mother was a local resident of Central for 40+ years. She passed May 29th here in her home in Central. The staff at Duckett - Robinson funeral home were amazing and sympathetic in my most vulnerable time. I expressed my needs and the staff were very attentive and did exactly as I asked. Pre-planning Mothers funeral with Duckett-Robinson made all go as smoothly as possible. I would encourage everyone to pre-plan so that there are no surprises during a stressful time.

Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home handled my Son's funeral with great care and concern for me as well as the other family members who love my Son so much. They were apt to keep us all informed of the process and options we had to choose from. The funeral home director even placed a rush on servicing the downed crematory facility used in the cremation process, so that I could be there with my child as his worldly vessel was leaving this world. This meant so much to me as his death was so sudden and unexpected, this gave me the chance to say my final goodbye to my son. I believe that at Duckett-Robinson you will be given professional, caring and kindest of services during one of the hardest decision making times of your life. Thank you to all the members who handled the services of my Son, Mr. Shawn Alexander Smith, you were all very much appreciated.

I can’t speaking highly enough of the exceptional service provided by Duckett-Robinson. They handled everything (involving working with Department of Defense and veterans cemeteries) in the midst of Covid related challenges. Superior services during an emotional time - I can not adequately express my gratitude to them.

While experiencing the tremendous grief of losing my dad, Trevor guided my family through the burial process with a combination of compassion and professionalism. Robinsons has handled the funerals of my mom, my dad, two aunts and an uncle in the past seven years and I can’t imagine anyone doing a better job. I highly recommend them.

We have used Robinson for several family members. My most recent experince was this week. They are very kind and understanding. They work with you to ensure all your needs are met. Sabrina is so WONDERFUL. She went above and beyond any expectations we had. I thank them for the beautiful care they gave all of my loved ones throughout the years. We also have made pre arrangements with them. I would recommend to anyone.

We have had to use Robinsons funeral home 2 times in the past few years and both times they have went above and beyond our families expectations. A little pricy but for the quality of service your family receives it’s worth it. They were so open to letting our family make the services our own just like those we lost would have wanted. Thank you to Robinsons staff for always being so compassionate and relatable! 10/10 recommend! We’ve worked with different staff members and they were all amazing!

Robinson Funeral Home helped me through one of the most difficult times in my life with compassion, kindness, and professionalism. They understood the stress and pressure I was feeling and guided me through the entire process—from planning to the service, and helping with the design of the grave marker after the funeral. Every question or request was answered right away. Everyone I met was supportive and respectful. First-class care from beginning to end.

Everyone at Robinson Funeral Home was wonderful to work with when my father passed. The respect shown when they came to our home to get my father's body was so touching. My father chose to be cremated, and I did not expect to have such a special viewing of his body beforehand. When it was time to collect his scatter tube with his ashes, the viewing room was set up with a candle, his American flag, and the tube. It was beautiful. Robinson Funeral Home takes care of all details in a meticulous manner.

I was very grateful to have Trevor N. Buchanan who took care of completely everything when my husband passed away. He was very considerate, kind and attentive giving me plenty of time and options to make decisions. He was a supportive and patient listener.
Trevor is dedicated to families who lose their loved ones. I am pleasantly surprised by the combination of high level professionalism and true sympathy in this Funeral Home.

I want to mention that I was approached by another funeral home when my husband passed away but it felt like I was rushed and pressured to make decisions that didn’t feel right. So I contacted my friends who had nice and warming experience with Trevor.

Sabrina did an amazing job helping me with my father's arrangements. She was very comforting, compassionate and went over and beyond to make his Celebration of Life a beautiful tribute. Diane and Robin were also very helpful picking out the perfect space and handling the important documents for the cemetery plot. I am so grateful that all the staff made it a smooth, wonderful experience during this time of mourning for me and my family. I cannot thank all of them enough.

I can’t say enough great things about our experience with Robinson Funeral Home Powdersville Rd location. Unfortunately my family has experienced loss too many times over the years and each time we went with another well known establishment in Greenville which, in my opinion, was subpar at best. When the unexpected need arose for funeral services, my sisters and I decided we wanted to go in a different direction. I’m so glad we did. Robinson Funeral Home made this experience easy and made us feel as if they truly cared about us and our loved one. Every interaction from the initial phone call down to the memorial service and even the post delivery of the flowers was superb. Our director, Ayreka was phenomenal. She put so much care and thought into helping my sisters and I without pressure or coercion to do anything we weren’t comfortable with. It’s very obvious that she cares and takes her job very seriously. I felt like we had someone who we could trust to take the lead and would ensure even the smallest detail was taken care of. Every employee we encountered was so gracious and kind. I would highly recommend this establishment for your family member. They are an amazing group of people who take pride in their work and truly care about you and your family. It’s rare to find an establishment with excellent customer service, support, communication, and management skills that truly serves the community. Well done, I can’t recommend them enough.

After a Sunday morning phone call, I jumped in the car and drove eleven hours to Easley South Carolina to make final arrangements for my mother's funeral. My Mother had already made most of the arrangements so all I had to do was tie up a few loose ends. I received a call from Anna from Robinson's Funeral Home while driving down and she gave me some important information about the week ahead. The minute I walked into Robinson's Funeral Home, we were met by Anna and were introduced to Mr. Anderson. The entire experience was smooth and professional. All of our questions were answered, and our requests were granted. My brother and I had no idea what we needed to do but, Anna kept in touch and got us through the week without any issues. On the day of my mother's funeral, I met Mr. Buchanan and Mr. Robinson and thanked them for all of their help and asked how long Anna had been working there and we found out she was still studying to become fully licensed in South Carolina. It goes to show you how professional these people are that someone still learning the trade is that spot on and good at their job.

This was a wonderful experience. My Nannie had everything planned out the way she wanted. We came in and Maggie was so gracious and understanding of all our needs. She stayed in communication with us throughout the entire experience. My Nannie trusted this funeral home and I see why. They did a wonderful job. Robinson Funeral Home took care of my Dad after he passed away. The caretakers and staff were very welcoming to my family and I. They made the difficult process seem so much easier than we expected. We all left the funeral home feeling at peace in knowing that our Dad would be well taken care of. We were all very impressed. They even sent my dad's death certificate, to me, in Seattle, WA, with a step by step guide to closing out his affairs, and printed the obituary from their website. I can't recommend their services enough.
