Enhanced Security and Privacy Measures

To enhance the safety and privacy of our families, we are pleased to announce the installation of a new surveillance system throughout Robinson Memorial Gardens, featuring both interior and exterior cameras, as well as a keyless entry system at the Chapel of Reflection Mausoleum.

This advanced keyless entry and camera system enables us to monitor activities within the Chapel of Reflection Mausoleum, ensuring full compliance with the guidelines set by Robinson Memorial Gardens. Our goal is to provide our property owners and their families with an increased sense of security, safety, and peace of mind.

Key Fob Distribution

• A complimentary key fob will be issued to the next of kin for each decedent’s space following entombment or inurnment ceremonies.
• Additional key fobs can be requested by the next of kin for immediate family members at a cost of $50 per fob. Each key fob will be registered to the family member of legal age.
• Should the next of kin be a minor, the fob will be issued to their legal guardian until they reach 18 years of age.
• Special one-time passes may be issued with proper Identification and Authorization from 8 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday, and 8 AM to 11:30 AM on Saturday.

Reporting Lost or Stolen Fobs

Please report any lost or stolen fobs immediately to our office. A reported fob will be promptly deactivated to prevent unauthorized access. Replacement and activation of a new fob will incur a fee of $50.

Effective Date and Access Times

These changes will be implemented starting April 1, 2025. The Chapel of Reflection Mausoleum can be accessed with the key fob from 8 AM to 7 PM during daylight saving time, and from 8 AM to 5:30 PM outside of daylight-saving time.
